GP doctors in KBM Medics perform their usual set of tasks contained within "first hand" medical advice - all of them are specialists in various branches of medicine allowing them to have a better insight into the background of some particular health problems (e.g. gynaecological, endocrinological, gastric etc.). Additionally we offer all people between 30 and 40 years a promotional set of tests such as ECG, neoplastic and viral markers, comprehensive urine testing and blood biochemistry, abdominal ultrasound scans. Our Paediatrician will treat all typical childhood illnesses and will support childhood health prophylaxis of your children. They will recommend all necessary vaccinations after-birth check-ups.
They can advise on all supplementary vaccines such as Pneumococcus bacteria and Meningococal bacteria.
Our practice nurse can vaccinate both parents and children if required. Our vaccines stock contains supply of vaccines against the flu, tetanus and Hepatitis A and B. In addition we also perform vaccines against tropical diseases on request.

During a visit to our Gynaecologist each female patient universally will undergo thorough examination which later can be investigated with the following tests:
- 2D Ultrasound scanning investigations - both endovaginal and abdomen
- 2D Ultrasound pregnancy scanning (within the range of scans there are fetal heart scans and scans monitoring the menstrual cycle)
- Breasts Ultrasound scans (sonomammography)
- Cytology material collection
- Chlamydia trachomatis and toxoplasmosis gondi bacteria detection
- HSV and HPV viruses detection
- Breast cancer investigation and estimating a risk of developing it
- PAPP-A test as Down syndrome investigation
- BetaHCG testing
- Triple test that combines checking levels of three substances: betaHCG, aestradiol and AFP (sensitivity of this method is now estimated at 60%)
- Contraception appliance
- Infertility diagnosing and treatment
- Endocavity lesions treatment
- Intrauterine device appliance
- HPV vaccinations
Also an Emergency Pregnancy Prevention service is available in our Clinic. It is served by Gynaecologist (only in her/his absence a GP doctor prescribes Morning After Pill).
